How do I book a Tee Time?
Click on the "Reservations" tab in the top right. This will bring you to a scheduling page where you can pick a date and the amount of hours you wish the reserve the simulator. Once you have picked the date and time frame you wish to book you will need to enter your personal information along with your payment credentials. Once all this information is entered a key code will be sent to you via email and text message on the day of your booking.
Are Bookings Required?
Yes bookings are required here at Goldsboro Golf Simulator. Walk ins are not allowed as we do not have any staff and a code for the door is required.
How do I book with a subscription?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once you subscribe to a membership. You can either schedule directly from that email using the link it provides or a coupon code will be sent along with the confirmation email which you can use during the payment process of scheduling a reservation. These codes automatically renew on the day of the next month that you purchased your subscription. You can cancel at any time. If you have any issues with your subscription please reach out to support. Thank you.
What happens if I go over my time limit?
Here at Goldsboro Golf Bay and Lounge we offer a 15 minute grace period. If you wish to stay longer you must check the availability after your allotted time. We hope that you respect these rules. If you do not respect these rules we have the opportunity to charge you a pro rated price for your overstay.

Can I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Yes you can bring your own snacks and drinks. We have a mini fridge in the room in case you need to cool your drinks as well.
Can I bring alcoholic beverages? (BYOB)
Yes Goldsboro's Golf Simulator does allow alcohol. Its is BYOB. We do not serve alcohol. Just keep in mind drinking alcohol is at your own risk. Goldsboro's Golf Simulator is not held liable for your actions while under the influence.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed in the area as we use artificial turf which is liable to catch on fire. We ask politely that if you wish to smoke, you do so outside.
