Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator. By entering our premises, booking a simulator, or participating in any activities at Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use our facility. 

 

1. Assumption of Risk

Golf simulator activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or equipment malfunction. By using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether caused by your actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises.

 

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Use of golf simulators or equipment

  • Slips, falls, or physical contact with equipment or other patrons

  • Consumption of alcohol brought onto the premises

  • Negligence to the extent permitted by law

This release applies to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

 

3. BYOB Policy (Bring Your Own Beverage)

Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator allows BYOB under the following conditions:

  • All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older

  • Valid government-issued ID may be required

  • No sale, distribution, or service of alcohol is provided by Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator

  • Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and conduct

Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.

You agree that Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

4. Damage to Equipment or Property

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to simulators, screens, clubs, facilities, or other property due to misuse, negligence, or reckless behavior. The Company reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs.

 

5. Proper Conduct

All guests must behave in a respectful and safe manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reckless swinging or misuse of equipment

  • Physical altercations or harassment

  • Illegal substances

  • Smoking or vaping indoors (unless otherwise designated)

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

6. Health and Physical Condition

Guests confirm they are physically capable of participating in golf simulator activities. If you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity, you participate at your own risk.

 

7. Minors

Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guardians assume full responsibility for the actions and safety of minors in their care.

8. Reservation and Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Management may issue credits at its sole discretion.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, violations of these Terms, or use of the facility.

10. Surveillance and Media

The premises is monitored by video surveillance for safety and security. By entering, you consent to being recorded. 

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

 

12. Acknowledgment

By entering Goldsboro’s Golf Simulator or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
